To whom it may concern,

I visited your stoke venue on Friday the 3rd for the bottomless brunch for a friend's birthday. Had I known it was going be a cold and slow experience I would of left.

1 platter between two people when paying £35pp with 5 mac and cheese balls for two?

Bizzare. The boneless hot wings were cold.

The tacos although tasty lacked in filling.

I honestly felt as though I was being robbed at 1pm on a Friday afternoon.

Me and my friend left and immediately went to burger King next door as we left the establishment hungrier than we when we arrived.

We opted for the cocktail upgrade to discover once the bull arrived we had me charged for a glass of coke aswell. Drink service was extremely slow 20mins infact from ordering a drink to it being served in frankly an empty restaurant which I believe the staff are instructed to do as there is a time limit in place.

Nothing about this experience was enjoyable and frankly nothing about it was bottomless.

I have informed everyone I know about this disappointing experience and there thoughts mirror mine that this is terrible value for money.

I hope this email goes someway into highlighting the issues of my experience.

So I was eating my potato skins and I ate into one and pulled out a short blonde curly hair mind you my hair is long and black and I have no animals this is disgusting I dont know if its from the factory or what I got it from the store Walmart out of the freezer Ill never has happened before

Worst Fridays ever Im telling yall now DO NOT GO! Very dirty and food takes mad long and also my food came out before the appetizer and we waited atleast an hr and a half for the food and after we got our food we still didnt receive our appetizers so we just canceled that but also when you leave make sure you rip receipt up or draw a line threw it because they will also give their self an unauthorized tip and as in the picture I will provide will show the previous amount and then the updated amount (the next day)

TGI Fridays - Lost points
I was a regular patron at the Cherry Valley, IL location and they have since closed. Its a shame since the employees were great and I loved their food. I have since visited Madison and was shocked that it looked like a ghost town and it took forever to get my food. Im upset that I had racked up many points on the Stripes Rewards program and am now unable to access them. This company should give credit to customers for visits had at this restaurant. I called the customer service number and its just a recording. Its a shame since Ive brought many people including my work friends to this restaurant and used to drive 45 min each way for the food and friendly employees. The customer service needs to be greatly improved to attract repeat customers.

I came to the TGI Friday on my recent trip to Dallas and found out that my reward account was not found and lost all my points. Call the restaurant customer service, they said they can't help me because they can't find my account.

When we got there noon, hardly anyone else in there so we thought, oh good, fast service. NOPE.

I ordered a water, she asked if I wanted a lemon. I said yes please. (no lemon) my friend asked for a draft (had none) then 2nd choice (had none) I thought the prices looked high but thought it must be worth it for those prices. NOPE.

1/2 AFTER we ordered my cob salad looked like a WHOLE head of lettuce chopped with seemed like 1 tablespoon each of the sides around it. The salmon was dry as cardboard... My friends whiskey chicken looked good he said it was, but for the cost, could of gotten 2 meals at a better place instead. I saw a man go to the kitchen and ask where his appetizer was, he got there right after us.

I didn't complain because the person I was with has dementia and wouldn't be able to handle that.

$44.00 something for 2 lunches. suckered me once, not again.

Lemons are the dirtiest things in a restaurant. Look it up. We have ALL had bad meals and learned not to visit those places again.

Mad they over charged me and guest mad as *** food was over cooked burned never would had let that left the kitchen can't believe this the people came after me food came first customer service was not great the manager did no better I would never go there again or recommend no one to go there the drink was not that good charge d 17 dollars for one drink

Manager abuse

To whom this may concern: Im a current employee at a Fridays establishment in Middletown New York. Im contacting you guys today about an manager named Curtis who is using his power to cripple the workers that work for him; which is Racially motivated. Ive been called a *** and cursed at. While other black employees has been lied to and almost fired for his fairy tale stories and racial slurs.

Need to shut down

Manager and employees are conducting drug transactions at work . The cooks are high while working and smoking pot on the clock and then one of the cooks is passing out herpes like its candy and Ive contacted the Corporate office several times and still no action has been taken.

Waited over 45 minutes for my son's chicken strip meal and my FAMOUS whiskey glazed sampler from the time the waitress left with our order. The waitress seemed to not be the issue and held a nice demeanor throughout.

I finally asked for my receipt for our drinks that had come out on time, and magically our food came around the corner, trailing her as she came back with it. It looks terrible. Burned, no sauce on the shrimp, no sesame seed unless it was burned as well, and a portion of my ribs had been torn off, or knocked off. I never at one point asked for a discount or free anything.

I paid for our entire ticket. Simply was passed tired of waiting and was starting to be late for where we were headed next. I told the waitress to make sure her manger gave her money out of that ticket for her tip as I was not paying anymore but felt she deserves some of that money. I repeated this to the manager when she finally came over.

All she said was okay. Literally all she had to say.

No apology, no acknowledgement of the situation being bad, and no offer to help. It's even worse that the other employees took it upon themselves to apologize for the experience.

I wrote to I thought company TGIF had purchased a box of Frozen patties and one of them had something in it was disgusting as I had friends and family over for dinner. I sent pictures and I am Concerned. I still have 3 patties and the meat. Portion of what has a foreign item in it. The box and photos of created date time and distribution center.
