Worst experience
To whom it may concern,
I visited your stoke venue on Friday the 3rd for the bottomless brunch for a friend's birthday. Had I known it was going be a cold and slow experience I would of left.
1 platter between two people when paying £35pp with 5 mac and cheese balls for two?
Bizzare. The boneless hot wings were cold.
The tacos although tasty lacked in filling.
I honestly felt as though I was being robbed at 1pm on a Friday afternoon.
Me and my friend left and immediately went to burger King next door as we left the establishment hungrier than we when we arrived.
We opted for the cocktail upgrade to discover once the bull arrived we had me charged for a glass of coke aswell. Drink service was extremely slow 20mins infact from ordering a drink to it being served in frankly an empty restaurant which I believe the staff are instructed to do as there is a time limit in place.
Nothing about this experience was enjoyable and frankly nothing about it was bottomless.
I have informed everyone I know about this disappointing experience and there thoughts mirror mine that this is terrible value for money.
I hope this email goes someway into highlighting the issues of my experience.

When we got there noon, hardly anyone else in there so we thought, oh good, fast service. NOPE.
I ordered a water, she asked if I wanted a lemon. I said yes please. (no lemon) my friend asked for a draft (had none) then 2nd choice (had none) I thought the prices looked high but thought it must be worth it for those prices. NOPE.
1/2 AFTER we ordered my cob salad looked like a WHOLE head of lettuce chopped with seemed like 1 tablespoon each of the sides around it. The salmon was dry as cardboard... My friends whiskey chicken looked good he said it was, but for the cost, could of gotten 2 meals at a better place instead. I saw a man go to the kitchen and ask where his appetizer was, he got there right after us.
I didn't complain because the person I was with has dementia and wouldn't be able to handle that.
$44.00 something for 2 lunches. suckered me once, not again.

Waited over 45 minutes for my son's chicken strip meal and my FAMOUS whiskey glazed sampler from the time the waitress left with our order. The waitress seemed to not be the issue and held a nice demeanor throughout.
I finally asked for my receipt for our drinks that had come out on time, and magically our food came around the corner, trailing her as she came back with it. It looks terrible. Burned, no sauce on the shrimp, no sesame seed unless it was burned as well, and a portion of my ribs had been torn off, or knocked off. I never at one point asked for a discount or free anything.
I paid for our entire ticket. Simply was passed tired of waiting and was starting to be late for where we were headed next. I told the waitress to make sure her manger gave her money out of that ticket for her tip as I was not paying anymore but felt she deserves some of that money. I repeated this to the manager when she finally came over.
All she said was okay. Literally all she had to say.
No apology, no acknowledgement of the situation being bad, and no offer to help. It's even worse that the other employees took it upon themselves to apologize for the experience.

Lemons are the dirtiest things in a restaurant. Look it up. We have ALL had bad meals and learned not to visit those places again.
There are starving people in the world and your main concern is you did not get lemon in your water. Sad.
