I ordered the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta I asked For all shrimp instead of chicken, I received noodles with five shrimp I should I have Checked my food, big mistake so when I got home I was very upset when I seen My food. I called and they told me to drive back for the Alfredo sauce I told Them I had Only five shrimp, the lady said so what you want more shrimp, chicken, what? I asked To speak to the manager she told me he was busy cooking on the line. Very rude and will never patronize ever again!!!!

I paid $44 for lunch and was given the runaround about getting my reward points for it. The manager said he would take care of it and it was never applied to my account. Stuff like this will keep me from returning.

Horrible incorrect food order

I ordered two sandwiches a chicken sandwich and a burger. The chicken sandwich was nothing as I selected and the burger was supposed to be medium well and was barely edible, meaning extremely rare. We picked this chain to order from because usually chains are consistent and during this covid-19 crisis in Florida we're very careful about eating out. But to my dismay I'm not sure what is going on at this restaurant but this definitely needs to be checked out. I used to really like to TGI Fridays but after this order it makes me seriously consider ever ordering from your company again. I thought you just need to know about this. Thank you.... We are all waiting to hear if you boxed the remaining 90% of your food and returned it for your full refund Karen.

You should have boxed up the 90% of the food you did not eat and put it in the fridge to return for your “full refund “. If you did not do that , no refund Karen.

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Arrived with a 20 top on a Tuesday at 6:30 and didn't eat until 8pm. The place was dead! One server served us while the other servers, manager, and host watched him struggle. Also, one of the guest had a hair in his food "WTF" and the meal was terrible AS *** Two of our guest didn't even get their food. The manger showed up when the check was ready and expected us to pay a 20 percent tip GTFOH. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE, *** THERE OR DRINK THERE EVER AGAIN TURN THAT PLACE INTO A PARKING lot

I came to tgi Friday's at Towson Square and we weren't afforded the opportunity to utilize the $5 apps or the $5 drinks that were currently being offered at the Whitemarsh establishment. According to the manager "Omar, at store# 0061, we don't do that here!". I also pulled up the tgi Friday app so that he could see it and he said that he would look into it but he never returned to our table with any clarity or response. Is it possible for some clarity because I thought that all tgi Friday's were one on the same page.

We are generally Friday night dine in regulars. Trying to support local restaurants during this pandemic. We Spent $78 for appetizer sampler and 10 burger slidders pack, it's in the trash. The food was horrible. Fast food joint would have been better quality and cheaper

Can't access rewards or change password

Have spent month trying to access Fridays rewards. Tells me wrong password everytime. When it let's me get to site to change password and I fill in new password twice as instructed, when I hit enter it says oop's link broken reset password and after doing that I get same message. Rewards useless if unable to access and use.
