TGI Fridays - Can't use my points because of an old email address and password I no longer have or remember
I try everything yahoo and Friday to change it to my new email address and I come up with nothing, Friday told me to call them and they would help me which my new email address to my card so I can start using my points and I haven't been able to because they took me to a new account which have no points on it, I have over either 275 or 300 points on my card I believe. I would love to use them toward food or appetite or desserts . I haven't been back to Friday in a while because every time I go they tell me the same thing, call this number or go on line and they will assist you in getting your points so you can use them, well I'm still waiting because I haven't been able to yet get through to no one but you guys and y'all get asking me to go into detail about what happen, and I'm still stuck at the same place
