I took my family out to Friday's in largo MD we walked in at 7:06 was advised the wait would be 35min and given a number after waiting over an hour and going up to the hostess 3 separate occasions it was clear that although I had a number nothing had been written down by the hostess and the manager was unwilling to assist in getting us a table finally after awhile we were seated and the manager told me "there is nothing I can do for you, a lot of people have been waiting." Although the hostess admitted that we'd been skipped several times later the manager came to the table and gave me a coupon for a free app or dessert
