Then someone contacted me and called me round, fat, obese, short I felt so disrespected they told me I should be thankful that they forgot my food cause I was to fat. But they still charged my food never heard of something like this in my life .

Terrible service and terrible food

TGI Fridays - Terrible service and terrible food
I went to the restaurant in Mondawmin, located in Baltimore, Md., the worst experience. I will never patronize that place ever again. Order a steak and got a hockey puck; the broccoli was burnt. Try to call no one to answer the phone; I went to the store, and the manager gives you that oh well attitude.

Cancel your order

I ordered online at the wrong restaurant I called the restaurant twice 2 get hung up on and be disrespected they couldnt cancel the order or didnt have a corporate number or wouldnt give me the manager number

Rewards problem

Your system is the worst. I had too entrees given to me on rewards from a manager in your Saratoga spring store never got credit for them. Trying to talk to someone is impossible

Read the point program policy. They don't stay out there forever.

FL was one if the states that had everything open.. Covid is not an excuse.

Rewards points missing

Was told I would get a LIVE customer service person by the IT person that ansewerd the 1st number I called. He said he could not help me and gave another 800 number. Guess what ? All I got was a recording to leave them a message. Still haven't heard a thing about where my 1040 rewards point went.

Bad service

I returned some food today because it was tough I spoke to the manager at the Lithonia Georgia location she asked me why was I bringing back the shrimp in the mashed potatoes. I told her I want it all my food fresh at the same time so when I came back to pick up my food got back to my office I noticed that my shrimp had been refried they were not fresh disappointing and very upset with the service again please call me 404-643-****

I wrote to I thought company TGIF had purchased a box of Frozen patties and one of them had something in it was disgusting as I had friends and family over for dinner. I sent pictures and I am Concerned. I still have 3 patties and the meat. Portion of what has a foreign item in it. The box and photos of created date time and distribution center. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE service. I was told we wouldn't seated in 45 min. We were seated after waiting a while 2 hours. I fell asleep waiting to be seated. After getting there customer service was horrible.i was warned by a previous customer not to wait but I did. The waitress was all over the place lied about the product she served to me . When I asked to speak with manager she wasn't any better. She was rude and loud and very unprofessional. I won't ever go back again.

Rude and slow service for a to go order

I ordered at about 12:20pm on Sunday afternoon, at the same time as a mother guest who had a to go order. The other guest received their order within 20 minutes whereas I had to wait until 1pm. The order consisted of the classic combo with well traditional wings and a burger cooked well with an order of fries. Do it typically take 40 minutes to complete a to go order as such? And is it normal for the bartender who took the order show her frustration with the guest questioning the length of service instead of to the two chiefs who were on staff. I have more to say but Im not allowed, clearly

The service was great... the waitress was awesome.. no complaints about the service the food was good... getting charged twice wasn't that great..lol...

Never got paid

Trade me for four days told them I was willing to do any position and further my career they fired me because I was five minutes late due to my four-year-old son and bring him to the sitters then they never clocked me in for my days of training so I got paid even later than I shouldve. Wasted a lot of my money that I had left traveling back-and-forth to the job just to get fired and shorted paycheck

If you don't get paid for training, file a complaint with your state's labor board. Don't worry about being fired from TGI, everyone is hiring now and you can get a better job elsewhere.

POOR STANDARDS

To walk into a restaurant that for the past 20 years has had low prices with decent appetizers, and a good happy hour pre covid was a shock to me when I went to dinner at the newington ct location. The menu has totally changed, all of the best items were removed, and prices almost doubled for appetizers and entrees service awful disappointment

Lost points

I've been a Rewards member for 10 plus years and all of a sudden they stopped the program/transferred and I lost all my reward points also there is no contact number or anyone that will get in touch with you in regards to recovering your reward.

Can’t get rewards points

I was unable to access my points or get my Password reset until this morning. So when I was out to dinner last night, I had to pay full price for our meals! when I was finally able to reset my Password this morning and access my account with over 400 points! It was unbelievable that I could not reach a human being last night and fix the problem with your mobile app. I am very disappointed in your response system and it will be a long time before I return.
