Came to orlando 5 miles away ended up at tgif ready to chow down food was cold came out in 3 mins after ordering sent it back now rest of everybody food is cold cold mash came out cold also ribs son had chicken tender they cut up a stale chicken breast and gave him a chicken strip with it they were cold and hard asked to pay half since the waiter tried to fix it spoke with manager his response was no i will not comp your meal food was still on table halfway touches it ruined my whole night asked manager what can je do he replied we already got the money theres nothing we can do...really i asked did u know this was cominf out the kitchen he said no ibasked where were u mind u he walked out to look at our table when we sent food back as well as others sitting afar he never came over to show why he has the position he has very uncaring and non chalant he told me the chicken fingers are hard bc they are fried i took pics to show him he replied well u alreqdy paid i said to him yes bc its the rigjt thing to do bt i dont have money to waste he looked at me said o well like really never ever going back tgif has went down maybe i need to get the health inspector in there by tmrw im pissed at the quality i was served and told o well i spent $100 for 3 people aint going to talk about the sweet tea tho i kept my receipts and pictures

To Whom It Concerns,
The picture shown is the wasted barbecue ribs that I purchased for my husband thinking I was going to surprise him with a good meal; something that he really enjoys. He took one bite and said it tasted funny and tried another bite and decided that he couldn't eat it.
That really surprised me because my husband dislikes nothing except this. Then I tasted it and it was distasteful and it wasn't necessarily the sauce but the meat tasted weird. I asked my husband what it tasted like and he said he never tasted anything that bad before. Needless to say, I had to throw it out.

To whom this may concern I Mercedes Scott took my children out for dinner yesterday However the service I received was horrible and unacceptable First they stay us down at a dirty table Next I had find someone to come clean the table It over 30 minutes Now I am sit for a hour still no has came an took my order I found the manager she asked my where was i sitting I told her by wall She said Oh someone at bar suppose to take your order However no one never came So I waited another 30 minutes went back to the manager She moved us Now we sitting at another table I am now at this table for a hour I went got the manager She took our order Now mind you I have three children age 11 and two four years They ran out of kids food So I ordered them off the regular menu She charged me for three drinks they came up 10 something I ordered the bucket of bones 23 and a 12 piece wings 17.99 The food came out cold I told the manager She said the cook is overwhelmed it was busy than usual I payed for my order an left the food on the table My kids only drink the soda They didnt give me a receipt but I have proof of my order it came up to 56.43 I am very disappointed with the service I received

Server was very disrespectful she went as far as to threaten us and curse us out in front of my 11 year old daughter and 6 year old niece. Police were called .
Manager did nothing but offer excuses because they had a rough day and were short staff. I understand they were short as I waited to be seated from 4:50pm-6:10pm.
Manager never apologized but offered excuses because another customer was complaining they had a fight in kitchen and were short staff. All I did was ask for a plate to eat out of and she said they didn't have any I would've taken a to go plate as I understood they had opportunities

The person who posted this complaint is lying and saying I am from the company. What a STUPID WOMAN.
Something is wrong with you if according to YOUR time frame you spent two hours before your order was taken. With two four year olds!
I doubt it was two hours. They are probably lying to get a refund.
