The service at TGI Fridays in Bowie, Md is terrible. It took the waitress ten minutes to take our drink order (by that time we were ready to order our meal).

My appetizer arrived before our drink orders which were water and iced tea. Other staff members assisted us in getting what we needed throughout our meal (i.e. Extra plates, napkins, and sauce). We had to ask another server for our waitress to return to take our dessert order which came back wrong.

This terrible waitress had the audacity to highlight the gratuity percentages on our bill after such horrible service. All of this occurred on a Sunday evening when the restaurant was pretty empty. I can't imagine what the service would be like on a regular evening!!!

I will not return.
