I originally wanted to place an order online but found that you can't use gift cards online. I then decided to phone in my order, it took me 9 phone calls to get through to order.

Our bill would of been $36 if I could of ordered online, but because I had to call our bill was $44. included half slab of ribs burnt with no meat, a very small peace of salmon with what seemed to be boxed mash potatoes, tomato and mozzarella which were 5 Cherry tomatoes and 5 small peaces of mozzarella. fried shimp which were awful definitely out of a box, and a lot French fries which were Good but were used to hide the amount of the other items in the box.

I would not go back to this TGIF but I have one more gift card to use. Yeah

Yes they are weak on online. No gift cards is strange.

No pay on receipt, particularly for logged in regular customers is dumb too. Lack of place to enter car color and model dumb too. That’s necessary for curbside pickup. Then there is the random menu differences.

I once called in an order and they would not sell me an item. Said could only be ordered online. Wow.

That is dumb. It’s the same kitchen!
