After being seated, the wait was too long. No one ever came over to greet us.

Approximately 20 minutes passed. I started my timer on my phone and an additional 15 minutes lapsed. The bad part was a waiter came by several times, made eye contact, said nothing and continued on his way. I went to the greeter and asked if we could get service and SHE COULDN'T FIND anyone.

There were approximately 4-5 greeters at the door who were occupied with their cellphones. This was my second bad experience at this TGIF.

I promise you there will not be a third. The owner need to close it down or get new management.
